Ellah is a seasoned early years educator with 38 years of experience teaching children aged 3 to 8 in both kindergarten and primary school settings across Kenya. She has served as a head teacher and administrator for a decade and has also trained fellow educators in early childhood education. Currently, she runs a homeschooling program where she teaches Mathematics, Kiswahili, Art, and Unit Studies, with a focus on making learning joyful and personalized. A transformative moment in her teaching journey came through discovering Good Natured Learning—a philosophy that embraces diverse learners and weaves nature into the learning process to spark curiosity, creativity, and environmental awareness.
